Returns

We do not accept returns on any special orders or electrical items. Stock items may be returned only if unopened in original packaging. All returns on stock items require a receipt. Returns on all hardware, stock or otherwise is subject to a 50% restock fee. Returned  keys eligible for replacement require the original key to be returned. Keys are subject to a thirty day warranty and no returns on any item, stock or otherwise will be accepted after thirty days.

 Refunds

Refund requests are the sole decision of Los Alamos Lock and Key. If a refund request is granted by Los Alamos Lock and Key a receipt is required. Refund requests are decided on a case by case basis and not all requests will be granted.
